1. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information, meet the minimum legal age applicable to you and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless promptly reported as unauthorized. One person must not create duplicate accounts to evade limits, suspension or enforcement.
2. Service description
Prompt Kosh provides curated prompts, customizable generators, account tools, usage controls and related digital services. Unless expressly stated, Prompt Kosh does not generate the final third-party AI output and does not guarantee compatibility with every provider or model.
3. Free access and resource limits
Prompt Kosh is 100% free, supported by advertising and AdSense. There are no paid plans, coin purchases or membership fees. Sign in to save prompts and use profile defaults. Reasonable daily request and upload limits protect service availability.
4. Third-party services
Using copied prompts on other AI platforms is governed by those platforms and their own pricing and policies. Prompt Kosh does not sell access to those external services.
5. User inputs and content
You retain rights you lawfully hold in submitted content. You grant Prompt Kosh a limited license to host, process and display it as necessary to provide requested features. If you voluntarily submit content to a public library, you authorize review, sanitization and publication until removed subject to retained operational records.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not violate law, privacy, intellectual property or platform policies.
- Do not upload malware, secrets, unlawful sexual content, exploitation material or content intended to harm others.
- Do not bypass authentication, resource limits or protected prompt storage.
- Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer or disrupt the service except where law expressly permits.
- Do not misrepresent AI output as verified fact, professional advice or authentic evidence.
7. AI and output responsibility
AI outputs can be inaccurate, biased, incomplete or unsuitable. You must review facts, permissions, likenesses, trademarks, safety and platform requirements before use. Prompt Kosh is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.
8. Intellectual property
The Prompt Kosh brand, application code, protected templates, interface and curated organization are owned by or licensed to the operator. Access does not transfer ownership. A copied prompt may be used for its intended personal or commercial workflow, but protected libraries may not be republished, resold or systematically extracted as a competing database.
9. Suspension and termination
Accounts may be restricted or suspended for security risk, abuse, unlawful activity or material breach. Users may request deletion subject to retention obligations. Provisions intended to survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers and dispute terms—continue to apply.
10. Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Features, models, categories and resource limits may change. We do not promise uninterrupted access, specific rankings, revenue, traffic, acceptance by authorities or identical AI results. Statutory consumer rights are not excluded.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Prompt Kosh is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from third-party AI output, lost opportunities, user misuse or external services. Any limitation does not apply where prohibited by applicable law.
12. Governing rules and contact
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India, without removing mandatory protections available to consumers in their place of residence. Parties should first attempt good-faith resolution through support. Use the authenticated support ticket system for account-related requests.
