1. Information we collect

- Service activity: selected tool inputs, generated or copied prompts, favorites, history, coin transactions, plan and quota usage.
- Technical and security data: IP address, browser, operating system, device type, session records, login attempts, referrer and security events.
- Communications: support tickets, administrative notes visible only to authorized staff, notifications and account requests.

2. How we use information
- Create and secure accounts; authenticate sessions and prevent abuse.
- Deliver prompt tools, profiles, brands, websites, history, plans, coins and support.
- Apply quotas, record successful uses and maintain audit trails.
- Improve reliability, usability, search, categories and tool relevance.
- Send essential account, security, plan and support notices.
- Meet legal obligations, enforce terms and investigate suspected misuse.
- Serve and measure advertising according to consent choices and applicable requirements.
3. Legal grounds and consent
Depending on the context and applicable law, processing may be necessary to provide the requested service, comply with law, protect legitimate security interests or act on consent. Where consent is the basis, it may be withdrawn through the available settings without affecting earlier lawful processing.
4. Cookies, analytics and advertising
Essential cookies support sessions, CSRF protection, authentication and security. Optional analytics or advertising storage is controlled through consent settings where required. Google AdSense and Google Privacy & Messaging may process device, consent and advertising information under their own terms. See the Cookie Policy for details.
5. Sharing and processors
We may use hosting, database, email, security, analytics, advertising and AI service providers to operate requested features. Information is limited to what is reasonably necessary for their role. We may disclose information where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or during a legitimate business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell account passwords or secret credentials.
6. Public content
A prompt or example is not made public merely because it was generated. Content submitted for the public ready-to-use library may be reviewed, sanitized and published. Remove personal, confidential and third-party protected information before submitting anything for publication.
7. Retention
Account and profile data is retained while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterward where needed for security, disputes, legal compliance or restoration. Usage, audit, financial and anti-abuse records may be retained longer. Deletion requests may result in deletion, restriction or anonymization rather than destruction of records that must be preserved.
8. Security
We use access controls, password hashing, prepared database queries, CSRF protection, secure sessions, audit logging and upload validation. No online service can guarantee absolute security; users must protect their password and report suspicious access promptly.
9. Your choices and rights
- Review and update available account information.
- Manage active sessions and change the password.
- Request an account data export where available.
- Request correction, deletion or restriction subject to lawful exceptions.
- Change advertising and cookie choices through Privacy & cookie settings.
- Object or withdraw consent where applicable.
- Raise a grievance through the support channel.
10. Children
Prompt Kosh is not directed to children who cannot legally consent to the service in their jurisdiction. A parent, guardian or educational organization must provide appropriate supervision and authorization where required.
11. International processing and changes
Service providers may process data in other locations subject to contractual, technical or legal safeguards. We may update this policy when products, providers or laws change. Material changes will be communicated through the site or account notices where appropriate.
